About ASDF

Alliance for Sustainable Development Foundation (ASDF) is a local non-profit organization that was founded in Cameroon under the belief that countries in Africa will achieve sustainable development when local actors – encompassing individuals, communities, networks, diaspora, organizations, private entities, and governments – set their own need-based agendas, develop solutions, and bring the capacity, leadership, and resources to make those solutions a reality.

Our Mission

ASDF’s mission is to foster behavioral change that will lead to self-reliance of Cameroonian people and efficient allocation of resources based on communities’ needs. We will strive to forge “Strategic Alliances” in each of our areas of intervention with the government, non-profit organizations, bilateral, private donors, and local experts to help us face complex issues to alleviate the suffering of vulnerable populations and address communities’ most pressing health and economic concerns.
