Management

ASDF’s strength lies in the expertise, creativity, innovation, resilience and diversity of its staff who have the determination and capacity to deliver greater impact due to deeper networks and understanding of local factors.
ASDF recognizes the critical role that sound management practices play in the success of any organization. Through planning, detailed assignment of roles and responsibilities, an integrated team collaboration approach, and expertise in detailed tracking and reporting of time and project expenditures by activities, the Foundation has the skills and systems necessary to fulfill the requirements of a broad range donor-funded projects. The Foundation’s management approach has a simple objective: to create and maintain a localized, impact-centered, efficient, cost-conscious, and compliant environment devoted to achieving high-quality results.
